School board salutes retirees
District honors educators for service

Tuesday, May 15, the district honored this years retirees. Assistant Superintendent Laure Quaresma acknowledged their years of service and dedication to the school district. Each retiree received an engraved Golden Apple from the district.

WWVEA President Margo Piver presented certificated staff a special poster and PSE President Bill Heiser presented classified staff a token of appreciation. Thank you for all you have done to help Walla Walla children receive an outstanding education.
