Superintendent Miller congratulates College Place on successful bond election

I would like to offer my congratulations to the College Place School District for their successful bond election to renovate Davis Elementary and create a College Place High School. The 60% threshold is always difficult to attain and the College Place community came forward and supported their kids. A second public high school in the valley gives students more options.

Our district looks forward to working with College Place on a transition of high school students from Walla Walla High School to the new College Place High School. It will take a number of years for the transition to occur, but the planning will be underway soon.

We have truly enjoyed our partnership with College Place and have been privileged to serve their students for decades, and are privileged to continue to serve them a few more years!
