- Being an Xbox Parent in a PlayStation World Full of Nintendos and Wiis: Allyn Griffin, former NFL linebacker and development director at Jubilee Youth Ranch, offers tips on how parents can stop competing with the distractions in their childrens lives and bring family interests and childrens demands closer together.

- Finding Peace in the Present: Chris Howard leads a workshop on meditation and relaxation techniques that can help you stay calm and strong in a turbulent world.

- Sexting and Cyber-Bullying: Officer Mike Boettcher discusses how to protect your child from the dangers of cyberspace.
