Welsome to School Dude - Grounds, Hauling, Custodial & Maintenance Work Orders

Please note that all work orders should be assigned to the custodian first. If they cannot complete this job it can be forwarded appropriately.

How to use School DUDE:

• Step One - Congratulate yourself for trying something new!
• Step Two - Be Prepared. If this is your first time, you will need your name (don't panic, this is on your nametag), and your email address. After the first login your name will automatically appear, you just have to click Yes, it is me. (Please be yourself, we like you just the way you are!)
• Step Three - Click the "order" button to the left.
• Step Four - Put in your email address, and fill in the form that comes up! Use the word "Facsup" for your password. (Technology work orders go on the second tab marked, "IT Request" and the password is "Techsup".) For work orders to your custodian, please only use the icon marked "CUSTODIAL" for routing to go through correctly.  Press submit, YOU ARE DONE!! 

It is really that easy!

How to check on your orders:

Once you are logged into School Dude, you can click on the tabs at the top of the page to check on your work orders. Simply click on the tab marked "My Requests" and choose the appropriate type of request.
