Prospect Pt Walking School Bus

Prospect Point Walking School bus event planned this month sponsored by Blue Zones

The Prospect Point Walking School Bus event is being held Friday September 29 at 7:30 a.m. Students and families are invited to meet at the "bus stop" near the Walla Walla High School track at the corner of Fern and Reser Road. Volunteers, local law enforcement and emergency services, Blue Zones Project staff and families will begin walking to school around 7:35 a.m.

This Walking School Bus serves as a demonstration for students and families of the enhancement to the learning experience a short walk to school can add. Prospect Point follows in the footsteps of Berney, Sharpstein and Edison who have all participated in the program.
