Superintendent Smith guest teacher appearance at Berney Elementary

Superintendent Dr. Wade Smith visited Berney Elementary today to assist in a kindergarten class and provide support to fourth graders as a math helper. Superintendent Smith plans on serving as a guest teacher at least once a month throughout the remainder of the school year as part of his outreach program to hear student voice.

Superintendent Smith is a former high school science teacher with a degree in chemistry. Dr. Smith says he had a great time at Berney and believes WWPS has the best kids and the most talented staff.
