District names Volunteers of the Year

Superintendent Mick Miller and School Board President Anne Golden honored (L-R) Bunny Aragone, Jim Hanson, Troi Coram, Rachel McCauley and Karri Bruce (not in photo) as the this year’s Art Regier Volunteers of the Year.

The Art Regier Outstanding Volunteer Award was instituted in 1991 as a memorial to “Grandpa Art” Regier. Regier was a retiree who devoted years of service to elementary schools in Walla Walla. Each recipient has demonstrated exceptional service and dedication to the children of Walla Walla Public Schools. April is Volunteer Appreciation Month. Thanks for all you do for our district!
