Sgt. Moore Vigil Saturday

Walla Walla High School graduates from the Class of 1990 are planning a public vigil to honor former classmate Sgt. Greg Moore who was killed in the line of duty as police officer for the City of Coeur d’Alene. The vigil is Saturday, May 9 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Walla Walla High School Commons area.

“Officer Moore was a hero and our condolences and thoughts go out to his family and friends,” said Walla Walla High School Principal Pete Peterson. “He was a role model for all students past and present.”
