Garden coordinator positions open
The school garden program is looking for two garden coordinators for Prospect Point and Edison Elementary Schools. Coordinators work 10-20 hours per week from March to mid-June. Some funds are available for these positions. The coordinator will work closely with their school's Garden Teacher Liaison to connect classes to the garden and schedule and lead garden lessons; to coordinate maintenance of the garden; and to report about activities to the school community. The coordinator is supported by Walla Walla Valley Farm to School with resources to achieve all aspects of the work.
