Whitworth football team in Walla Walla

Walla Walla football fans are in for a treat as Whitworth University comes to town Thursday, August 28 to scrimmage the College of Idaho from 1 to 4 p.m. at Martin Field (next to Borleske Stadium). This free event is open to the public.

Walla Walla High School’s varsity football team will take the field following the Whitworth University scrimmage for a public scrimmage and practice from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Walla Walla High School players and coaches will be available following the Wa-Hi scrimmage for pictures and autographs.

Walla Walla High School opens its football season Friday, September 5 at 7 p.m. at Borleske Stadium against Skyview High School.
