学生の記録

学区は、学校の秩序ある効率的な運営のために、また法律で義務付けられているように、生徒の教育指導および/または福祉に必要な生徒の記録を保持します。 個々の学生に関連するすべての情報は、機密かつ専門的な方法で扱われるものとします。 学区は合理的な方法を使用して、教師や他の学校関係者が正当な教育的関心を持っている教育記録のみにアクセスできるようにします。 州法および連邦法に従って情報が公開された場合、地区および地区の従業員は、重大な過失または不誠実な行動をとらない限り、民事責任を免除されます。

学区は、州務長官のWebサイトで公開されている、現在承認されている地方自治体の一般記録保持スケジュール（CORE）および学区と教育サービス地区の記録保持スケジュールに準拠した記録を保持します。

生徒の記録は地区の所有物ですが、生徒と保護者/保護者が整然とタイムリーに利用できるようにするものとします。 「親/保護者」には、未成年の生徒が扶養家族であることが判明し、州の監護権に置かれた場合の州の社会保健サービス部門が含まれます。 親/保護者または成人の学生は、学生のプライバシーまたはその他の権利を不正確、誤解を招く、または侵害していると思われる学生記録の情報に異議を申し立てることができます。

生徒の記録は、リクエストに応じて他の学校機関に転送されます。 高校生は地区に権限を付与し、将来の雇用主が学生の成績証明書を確認できるようにすることができます。 法律で別段の定めがある場合を除き、学区が学校の機関または組織以外に生徒の記録を公開する前に、保護者または成人の生徒の同意が必要になります。

監督者または被指名人は、学生の記録の内容、管理、および管理を管理する手順を確立します。
