November is National Native American Heritage Month where the country recognizes the contributions, achievements and sacrifices of Native American people, the first inhabitants of the United States.
2022 Theme: We will defend Tribal sovereignty, self-government, self-determination, and the homelands of Tribal Nations.

National Native American Heritage Month is also a time to celebrate this rich and vibrant culture. This month is a chance to share the unique ancestry, traditions, and contributions Native American communities make today and have made throughout history.
