New Social Emotional Learning Website
Walla Walla Public Schools continues to support Goal 3 of its Strategic Plan, which addresses the social and emotional wellbeing of its students, by launching a new website with information to better support students and families. The new website includes information about suicide prevention, substance abuse, mental health support and reading recommendations.
“When we think of educating the whole child, their social and emotional development must be considered as a part of overall instruction,” said Kristen Duede, Mental Health Specialist, who helped develop the new website.
