Board Members Tour Science Building
Superintendent Dr. Wade Smith recently took school board members on a tour of the new Walla Walla High School Science Building. This 18,000 sq ft, modern facility features eight identical fully-functional laboratory classrooms and four science prep rooms. Local business partner Total Office Concepts is installing the science lab tables this week and contractors are doing final touch ups and cleaning before teachers move in Monday. This exciting project came in on budget and on schedule.
The district will produce a video tour of the completed building in the coming weeks. Tours and a ribbon cutting dedication will be scheduled once local health conditions permit large, in-person gatherings.
