WaHi Latino Club Plans Cinco de mayo Event ~ Friday, May 5th, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

On Friday, May 5th, the Walla Walla High School Latino Club is sponsoring a Cinco de mayo celebration in the Walla Walla High School Commons area. The festival will feature a career and activity fair as part of the celebration. The fair will include many community partners, colleges, universities, and school clubs.

Dinner will be provided by “Dora’s Deli” for the first 500 people who attend the event. Music will feature performances by local groups and school programs.  The activity fair will include information tables and activities that families or children would enjoy. Those activities will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

El viernes, el 5 de mayo, el Club Latino de Walla Walla High School organizarán una celebración del Cinco de mayo en la cafetería de Walla Walla High School. El festival tendrá una feria de actividades. La feria incluirá organizaciones comunitarias, colegios, universidades y clubes de la escuela.

La comida será servida por el restaurante “Dora’s Deli” solo para las primeras 500 personas que lleguen al evento. Música será provenida e incluirá grupos locales y programas escolares.  La feria de actividades incluirá información y actividades que familias o niños disfrutarán. Esas actividades serán de las 5:30 a las 7:30.
