Asking is Caring suicide prevention workshops offered in May

Asking is Caring is offering two training workshops this month to educate parents on supporting their children’s mental well-being and recognizing when a child may be in crisis. These sessions are presented by trained parent leaders with lived experience. One in five young people ages 10-18 live with a mental health condition. Suicide is the second leading cause of death in 10-18-year-olds.
