Multilingual/English Learner Services

Identified with a primary language other than English are provided appropriate services and support.

Various staff ensure students and families have their language needs met through connections with:

• Intervention Specialists/Home Liaisons 
  These individuals are often the link between home and school when an academic or behavioral issue arises.
• Interpreters
  Interpreters are available as needed for conferences and other events.
• Bilingual Office Staff 
  Bilingual office staff are available at all schools with bilingual classrooms.
• Bilingual Special Education Staff
  Special Education services are available in Spanish based on student need and qualifications.
• Multilingual and English Learner Coordinators
  Staff provide appropriate support to help Multilingual Learners access and have success in the school setting.
