Superintendent Wade Smith is going back out to the community to inform them about bond progress following the successful November 6 election. Smith is meeting with Service Clubs, focus groups, business leaders and other stakeholders as part of his post-bond outreach plan.

He reports $4 to $5 million in school infrastructure projects will be completed this summer, including roofing projects at Berney and Blue Ridge Elementary Schools. The district will break ground on the new Walla Walla High School science addition next fall. The district has developed a bond webpage with detailed information about each project, as well as a Twitter page for regular updates.

Superintendent Smith says he is committed to Delivering on Our Promise made to voters regarding all bond-related activities.
