JROTC Annual Review
Brock Betzler, center, receives his new insignia of rank and is advanced to cadet Lt. Col. He’s being promoted by the Senior Army Instructor, Lt. Col. Bill Bialozor, and the outgoing Blue Devil JROTC Battalion Commander, c/Col. Melinda Locke. The ceremony was held May 23, 2018 at Walla Walla High School.
