Walla Walla Super Heroes!

Walla Walla High School Athletic Trainer Kelsey Dill and student Colby Turner were recognized with Good Citizens Awards by the School Board Tuesday, May 15 for their heroic actions during the April 21 Blue Devil Legends Invitational Track Meet.

Dill and Turner took quick action to render medical assistance to a Wa-Hi student who collapsed as a result of a cardiac emergency following an event. The student survived and has returned to school. Dill nominated Turner for the American Heart Association’s Heartsaver Hero award which he received at the school board meeting.
