Exchange Club welcomes Family Involvement Coordinator

WWPS Family and Community Engagement coordinator Pam Clayton presented to the Walla Walla Exchange Club Oct. 23 on efforts underway to better engage parents in their child’s learning. Clayton stressed the importance of parents in the learning process, especially from birth to five years of age. She also reported on the district’s successful parenting classes series. Clayton also coordinates a Kindergarten Resource Fair in the spring and several community outreach events throughout the school year.
