The Hub Grand Opening

The Health Center Co-Founders Dr. Alison Kirby and Holly Howard celebrate the Grand Opening of “The Hub” with School Board Member Ruth Ladderud (Center).

The Hub features the following services:
- Emergency shelter for homeless youth (Operated by Catholic Charities of Walla Walla)
- Early Head Start child care (Operated by Children’s Home Society)
- Primary health and mental health services for Lincoln HS students (Operated by The Health Center)

Tim Meliah (Catholic Charities), Kathy Covey (BMAC), Scott Bieber (WW City Police), Senator Maureen Walsh, Danielle Garbe (Sherwood Trust), Dr. Alison Kirby spoke during the ceremony. Following the dedication, guests toured the facility.
