Celebration of Writing

Parent Dawn Carrara reads her son Matt's writing examples during the Pioneer Middle School Celebration of Writing activity. English Language Arts Teacher Richelle Palmer organized this parent event to showcase the writing skills her students developed during the school year. Palmer says the writing skills her students are learning will benefit them in all subjects as they advance in grade levels. She says it's important to celebrate success and keeping parents involved helps reinforce the importance of learning.
