FFA Agri-Science students soar at state

Agri-Science students in consideration for national competition. 

Recently 11 Agriculture students attended the State Agri-science fair in Puyallup where seven of the 11 students received 1st place in their division and the other four placed 2nd.

“The students placing 1st have qualified to submit their written report to Nationals and if selected as the top 12 in the U.S. they will take their projects to Indianapolis in the Fall,” said Advisor Lindsey Butcher. “This is the first time that Walla Walla FFA has qualified and we have seven.”

The students’ display boards are in the Administration Building and they are on tables for viewing in the back hallway. Please feel free to provide comments, questions or recommendations for students submitting their projects to Nationals by leaving a suggestion in the comment box provided.
