Sharpstein student wins YMCA membership prize

Congratulations to Sharpstein Elementary 5th grade Jennifer Lewis for winning a year membership to the YMCA from Academy Mortgage of Walla Walla. Lewis earned the award for being a good student, outstanding citizen and excellent classmate. Tera Davis of Academy Mortgage presented the award to Lewis in front of her class. Davis said these awards are given to encourage students to make good choices, work hard and stay active. Lewis is in Dan Coffey’s class.
