Thompson leads bullying prevention programs

Mark Thompson, the district’s Risk Management Consultant who specializes in student bullying and harassment prevention, will be meeting with staff this fall to make sure all adults are trained to identify and correct bullying and harassment behavior. Thompson will also work with students to identify and correct behaviors which cause bullying and harassment. Thompson has served the district in this capacity for 16 years. He currently works with five regional school districts and four Division I Athletic Departments and the Houston Texans of the National Football League.
