Board members adopt schools

School board members are beginning a new Adopt-a-School program to get them in buildings more often. This program is part of a new outreach plan school board members have developed. The Adopt-a-School program will allow directors to develop deeper and closer relationships. They may attend activities and receive briefings on their adopted schools.

Adopt-a-School Assignments:
• Anne Golden - Edison Elementary and Prospect Point Elementary
• David Hampson - Sharpstein Elementary, Pioneer Middle School, SEA-Tech
• Ruth Ladderud - Blue Ridge Elementary, Garrison Middle School, Preschool
• Cindy Meyer - Green Park Elementary and Lincoln High School
• Sam Wells - Berney Elementary and Walla Walla High School, Opportunity
