The district has added a calculator feature to its April 22 Bond (new Wa-Hi Science Building) webpage -- http://www.wwps.org/wahi-bond-2014.
This calculator allows residents to determine the exact property tax increase from the bond proposal based on the value of their homes. The cost is an increase of 30 cents per $1,000 of assessed value or $60 per year ($5 per month) on a $200,000 home.
