School board listens to input on failed Wa-Hi bond

Walla Walla Public Schools Board of Directors conducted a public work session Tuesday, Feb. 26 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. to discuss the February 12 failed Walla Walla High School bond proposal. Approximately 80 people were in attendance.

School Board President Anne Golden opened the meeting by encouraging those in attendance to provide input. All notes and comments from the meeting will be posted on the district website soon and be available at the District Office (364 S. Park St.).

Golden concluded the meeting by thanking the group for their thoughtful and open responses. She said the school board would continue to seek input on this issue and conduct future meetings.

No decisions were made during the public work session.
