ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE No. 2340

RELIGIOUS-RELATED ACTIVITIES AND PRACTICES

In preparation for December holiday programs,

a.      The district music director will review Board Policy and Procedure No. 2340 with the music staff on or before October 1.

b.     The district music director will review Board Policy No. 2340 at an Administrative Council meeting on or before October 1.

c.      Building principals will confer with their music teacher(s) on or before October 15 to ensure that holiday music programs are consistent with Board Policy No. 2340.

d.     Each year, after the December programs have been established, the music director and assistant superintendent for curriculum will review the school holiday music programs to ensure consistency with Board Policy No. 2340.
