The special meeting is expected to recess at approximately 9:00 p.m. The special meeting will reconvene on March 25 at 6:45 p.m. at 1801 California St. – Denver, Colorado. The special meeting will conclude at approximately 9:00 p.m. and is open to the public. No final action will be taken at this special meeting.
